Step One Start the dreaming Meet with us; we need to get to know you. Get a taste of the possibilities. Bring us your Ideas - even if they are on a napkin! Discuss how you want to live in your new space and what we can do to help create your dream home! Next, we will visit your home site or help you find one. Then the Emerald Homes of Iowa design team will develop a concept floor plan, an elevation and an estimated price.
Step Two Plan your home This is where we develop a home that is uniquely yours. Working with our designer you begin the selection process by picking out the interior finishes, carpet, cabinets, colors and component parts of your new home. At this point you will receive a preliminary set of plans and a written guaranteed price. You will also be able to see your dream home in a three-dimensional view.
Step Three Purchase your Home Meet with your lender or we will help you find one. The preview package will be a great help in this process. Review and Sign the construction agreement.
Step Four Finalize Details Meet with the Emerald Homes of Iowa construction team, review and approve your complete set of construction documents and watch the planning turn into your new home.
